Professional Manufacturing & Capacity

With a 200-acre factory and 121,800 ㎡ of production space, TIANDONG manufactures electrode plates through to final assembly on-site. The factory produces 6 million high-energy batteries annually and supports 15,000 tons of electrode plate output, ensuring strong supply capability and timely delivery for global customers.

Full In-House Process

Every step — grid casting, lead paste coating, plate curing, acid filling, charging, capacity testing, and automated assembly — is controlled internally. This vertical integration reduces cost, shortens lead times, and improves product consistency.
